Important: The Edge Node is shipped in Stop Mode. This low-power shipping state protects the unit during storage and transportation. Before using the Starter Kit, the Edge Node must be awakened using the Windows wake-up utility. |

1 | Download the program | Download EdgeNodeWakeup.zip attached at the bottom of this document and expand the content on your pc. |
2 | Connect the Edge Node | Connect the Edge Node to a Windows 10 or Windows 11 computer using the USB-C port. |
3 | Run the utility | Execute EdgeNodeWakeup.exe on the Windows computer. Allow the application to run if Windows displays a security confirmation. |
4 | Confirm device detection | Wait for the "Gateway Found" response and verify LED activity on the Edge Node. |
5 | Validate platform activity | Open the Starter Kit dashboard and confirm that the Edge Node shows activity or recent communication. |
Expected Result: The Edge Node is detected by the utility, LED activity is visible, and the Starter Kit dashboard begins showing activity from the Edge Node after few minutes. |
